REPORTING DATA INACCURACIES
In an ongoing effort to maintain the integrity of the data on our system, we use a Data Checker program that automatically inspects the data in hundreds of listing fields. There are, however, some areas where our Data Checker program falls short, such as alerting us when a listing is not being made available for showings, or when a listing should be marked SHOW but has not been. That is why, in addition to our automated programs, we still rely on our users to help us make sure listing data is as accurate and dependable as possible.
There are several places where you are able to report these types of issues

Now you can sit back and let our Compliance Team go to work. When we receive the notification of an agent-reported violation, we diligently follow through by investigating the alleged issue and, when necessary, send Data Verification inquiries. In cases where the data concern is not immediately changed or addressed, we move forward with our fining process until the issue has been properly resolved.
While we truly appreciate when you alert us to a concern, there is no need to report issues multiple times. Investigation and processing are very time consuming endeavors. The time that we spend on chasing down issues that have already been reported could be spent on other projects. Please rest assured that your efforts are not in vain. Although you may not see an immediate change, we are working behind the scenes to address the reported issues.
