What are the options when listing a property?

When you go to list a property on the MLS, there are essentially four different options:

1. Traditional listing- submit a listing within 48 hours of executed listing agreement.
   
   

2. Delayed Listing- delay submitting the listing while photos are being taken, repairs are completed, the property is staged, etc.
   
   

3. Coming Soon listing- pre-market the listing for up to 14 days while the property is being prepped.
   
   

4. Withhold from MLS- the seller does not want to utilize the MLS.
