Either the Listing Agreement or the Listing Agreement Compliance Certification form must be submitted as a Private- Listing Contract supplement type while the listing is in the Incomplete/Draft status. You do not need to upload both forms- just one of them.
Additionally, if you are in a delayed listing scenario (the property is not ready to list within 48 hours of an executed listing agreement), you must also upload the Delayed Listing form (unless there is a field on your listing agreement where you can enter a go active date).
There are no exceptions.
