Owner doesn't want a specific person on their property

If an owner does not want a specific agent in their home, they need to put that in writing and give it to their listing agent. The listing agent, in turn, must notify that agent and their broker, in writing, of the owner’s desire.

If the owner does not want a specific person (not an agent, but member of the public) on their property, the listing agent must disclose this in the Agent Remarks; along the lines of “please contact listing agent as to showing exceptions”.

No name is to be placed on the listing.
