With the end of 2022 approaching, many Agents/Offices will be cleaning up listing inventory to maximize year end statistics.  If a listing has been closed out incorrectly or is missing Agent/Office/Team information only MLS staff can update this information. With that being said, the following are the SMART requirements to adjusting CLOSED listings.

No additions/changes will be made to the list side of any transaction after the listing has been marked as CLOSED/CANCELLED/EXPIRED. (Exception: swapping existing LA/CO-LA information)

No Adding Team ID to listings with a List Date before a Team was created with SMART.

Whether you are the List or Sale side of a transaction, if you require adjustments to be made to the Sale side, please send an email to Compliance@smartmls.com with the following:

MLS Number – If there are multiple listings, please provide all listing numbers in a single email.  Please do not send individual emails for each listing.

Type of Change- Adding Team, Co-Sale Agent, Correcting Sale Agent

Who are you? – Listing side, Sale side, Agent/Admin

Documentation – If you are on the sale side, providing the P&S, contract, closing statement, etc. can speed up the process.  If documentation is not provided, MLS staff will need to reach out to the listing side for confirmation. (Exception: Team changes will be made upon request)
